Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with any tags still attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery (such as made-to-order pieces)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital downloadable products

Digital downloadable products are non-refundable due to their instant access nature.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with any tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
